| The Extended Day Program provides professional care, supervision, recreation, and enrichment activities for the child who attends St. Viator School. It serves families who desire both a Catholic school education and supplementary day care. | |
Typical Schedule |

| 2:50 pm - 3:15 pm | Arrival and snack time |
| 3:15 pm - 4:00 pm | Activity time (age appropriate) |
| 4:00 pm - 4:15 pm | Rest and snack |
| 4:15 pm - 5:15 pm | Homework and study time - computers etc. |
| 5:15 pm - 5:45 pm | Activity time: Art-Games, Computer, Educational TV (age appropriate) |
| St. Viator Extended Care Hour Card |
| An extended Care Card must be purchased in advance from the school office. Each card entitles the family to 20 hours of service. Families receive a discounted hourly rate by buying three to five cards at a time (See rate structure below). The cost is the same for each child. Each card can be used for more than one student in the same family. Parents only pay for the hours that their child/children attend. Time is charges in hourly increments. A parent picking up a child 5 minutes after the hour will be charges the whole hour. Late Fees: If a child is picked up late (after 6:00 pm) there will be an additional fee of $10 per child for every 15 minutes past 6:00 pm. |

Drop in Rate: $8.00 per hour |
| Extended Care staff members will stamp the card for each hour used by each child. Cards are not refundable if lost. The Drop in rate of $8.00 per hour will be charged in the event the parent does not have their card. An Emergency card can be purchased and left with the school. |
Minimum Day Drop in rate |
| Minimum days are very difficult for staff. Parents are strongly urged to plan in advance for these days. The rate for drop-in Minimum Day Care is $48.00. There is no hourly rate. |
